- We request you to maintain the original packaging of the items to be returned, including the KOKLACHI tags.
- Any promotional voucher (Gift Voucher, Discount or any other offer voucher) used for the orders will not be refunded.
- Refund will be initiated once we receive the product and quality check is done.
- If the product fails in the quality check, no amount will be refunded.
- In case a customer wants his or her damaged/wrong or defective product back, they have to bear the delivery charges.
- Any kind of applicable delivery charges will not be refunded.
